I am making this thread because I have had typical digestion (bloating, gassy, poor stool quality) issues forever and tried many things that never really solved my problem. Except now - I think I randomly found something that helped me.
So in the past, 3 months, it has been much, much better. The only change that I can think of in my lifestyle is that for random reasons I started introducing the regular consumption of raw cheese (made from unpasteurised milk). Very small quantities, like a small piece every day, or even every couple/few days.
I read many times that often, a bacterial imbalance in one's intestins may be the cause for getting bloated, gassy and poor stool quality. I also read that cheeses made of raw milk are probiotics that help out rebalance one's intestinal flora.
I think that these cheeses are banned in Canada and it could be the same in USA. If available, try it out just to see. I think it helped me - maybe it will help you.
Interestingly, I also had access to raw milk in the past (extremely hard to get in the city at least here in Germany) but depending on the phases it tended to backfire and give me the shits. I also had tried these little probiotics bottles but for some reason they didn't always work either.
