I think even the leftist extreme democrats have to admit, Trump is fast and effective at getting what he wants.

Whether you like him or hate him, he has accomplished a lot in his first year. He drastically changed the country and I know a lot of liberals think what Trump has implemented is bad for the country, so the question is framed differently.

How effective is Trump at accomplishing what he wants to accomplish?
