On a scale from 1 to 10, with ten being the best ranking, how do you rank the Sherdog upgrade?

Note: there are rumors we can no longer do polls to rate these types of things?

Easily an 8. decent features and nice design. I especially like that it's like it was before but doesn't look ancient anymore. Also good that gifs are very small so old folks can't decypher them.

No polls is a great feature too. It was getting quite tiresome; we all know by now that Monica Bellucci is greatest sexy and Sherdoggers have poor taste in movies and most other things on average.

I didn't see anything good from it. But, the site still mostly works. I'll go with a 3.

Also, I voted on a poll a few hours ago.

It will take some time to get used to it. And I’m sure they’ll eventually fix all the stuff with likes and polls. But as of right now, I give it a 7/10. A lot could have gone wrong. But more could have gone right too.

I’m not sure about the aesthetic. That may drag it down to a 5 or 6, but that may be me just not liking any change.

The best thing is the search function seeem to work again going back much further, I can find post I made 15 years ago.

It's awful, what was the point of the redesign? Almost as bad as the new metacritic.

The point of the upgrade was to move away from the eight year old xenforo version we were using. The forum begins to experience performance issues when we're trying to add new features/plugins in a software version that's several versions old. Things were breaking and couldn't be fixed because we were so outdated. So it was more a matter of necessity.

I noticed nothing broken lol
The quadrupling of the amount of ads, including mid-thread ads between posts, is the likely reason for the "upgrade."

To answer OP, it's crap/10
