Expect those fats that move into blood stream than used as fuel you mean? It's true that most of the fat we eat don't get absorbed, but the one that is absorbed (after digestive enzymes broke it down gut) will move into the blood stream, and it will clog up the blood vessels over time.

Direct cause of clogged arteries
The types of animal fat in the food people eat.

Beef fat
- melts at 40-50 C / 104-122 F
- human arteries (37 C) cannot melt the beef fat
- therefore, beef fat is a solid in human arteries => clogged arteries
Chicken fat
- melts at 23-40 C / 73.4-104 F
- human arteries (37 C) would melt most of the chicken fat
- therefore, chicken fat is mostly a liquid in human arteries => little to no clogged arteries

False, arteries are clogged due to chronic inflammation. Arterial plaques is cholestrol caught on inflammed/irritated areas of an artery. To reduce inflammation stick to the mediteranean, paleo, keto or very low carb diet. It is the complex carbs that cause chronic and systemic inflammation. Humans evolved eating nothing but meat, greens, seasonal/regional fruits and berries and fortified with seeds and nuts. If you stick to that diet only, yes you will want to kill yourself, but you will live a longtime to do it. Leaky gut , inflammation is the cause of most dieases and disorders today. The stomach and gut is 37 C / 98.6 F. It cannot melt the beef fat, which needs at least 40 C to melt. Digestive enzymes would break down the fat in the gut, but as soon as the fat is absorbed into the arteries, the fat will turn into a solid again, and that's how arteries are clogged up.
What can be done naturally if you are lots of beef to get rid of that build up? Is there any food or supplements to take when you make the diet and lifestyle change? What's a heart attack?

Red meat doesn't appear to be dangerous. Saying that as a vegetarian.
But why would you eat red meat or white meat (chicken)? Those are the white bread of meats.
One thing that bugs me is when people call red (or white) meat carnivore diet. Carnivore diet is the intestines and marrow. That's the good stuff. There you have all the nutrients. That's why Inuits get away with little greens. If Inuits would eat only the red (junk) meat on the seals and whatnot, they would suffer scurvy. This is the very reason eggs are super foods. A chicken egg contains a whole f chicken, save Omega 3, which the chicken gets through food. Eating only the red/white meat is like throwing away the yolk. Who the f does that? You would have to be an colossal idiot to do that.
I do know that protein is important, but you can't live on it alone.
I'm a vegetarian on moral grounds. I have no issues with the Inuits. What I have issues with are the spoiled, pampered white people who only want the nam-nam parts and throw away half the animal. I have issues with wastefulness, killing for pleasure, etc. All which can be summed up as extreme selfishness.
What adds to my issue with this is that these hypocrites feign outrage at this:
There's no difference between eating just the fins of a shark and eating just the red meat of a cow. These hypocritical cunts should just shut the f up.
Those aren't foods. There are other factors like trans fat and partially hydrogenated soybean oil that a lot of places and people use. It is man made the body cannot get rid of it.
Also the amount of HGH you take
I'm an oldschool fan, hardcore since the late 90s and I followed everything back then.
Randy Couture was hailed for being "the natural" for adapting to MMA so well but people raised this guy in the air for being clean, it's not the case.
The guy dropped weight later in his career to beat Chuck and Tito, two younger guys. Then in his 40s goes back up in weight to beat Tim Sylvia.
This was all before everyone became wise to how to cheat with steroids.
Randy knew how to cycle and was cheating, guaranteed.

Your troll post almost worked but really fell off the wheels when you shamed 'spoiled pampered white people who want nam nam parts' but then showed a video of brown people finning a shark which Asians will consume. Btw nam nam makes you sound gay.
Jokes aside one good reason for eating the marrow, intestines, brains and everything else is because all the energy it provides. The marrow has massive amounts of cholesterol though. All people did this but most people today are sedentary and don't have to worry about when they'll eat again. Inuits probably aren't living too much different than thousands of years ago so it makes sense for them.
