Fist of Legend, as far as choreography, is definitely Jet Li's best film, and just wildly entertaining from start to finish. Being one of those lower caliber Hong Kong action films from the 80s/90s era, it doesn't really bring the production value, but for martial arts display it's wild. Up there with Legend of Drunken Master and Ip Man.

Huge Jet Li fan but no. He weighs like 130-140 lbs max, someone like Chuck would only have to land one shot and it would've been over.

Other good-campy Jet Li movies around this time are Kiss of the Dragon and The One, the latter being one of Jason Statham's early roles. However you feel about that.

The idea was pretty cool and the end scene was sick

Also Kiss of the Dragon was kinda cool
 
I was a die-hard Wu Tang Clan fan growing up so I watched a whole bunch of Kung Fu flicks that were normally in Mandarin and early Jet Li was the shit. My father the hero and once upon a time in China and America were both awesome.
