It looks like they had the body of the character and then photoshopped Tito’s head on it later, maybe after casting? It doesn’t appear to be in the same focus.

Also, it probably took ages to record. Tito’s lines had to be recorded 4 times each and they still had to splice footage to get a cohesive sentence.
