Holy shit, didn't notice all the blood when I watched the vid
It's only important how he "percieves" it? So if you say "excuse me" at the grocery store to someone and he takes offense and beats you to death because he "perceived" it as you disrespecting him...that's what matters? His perception of how you spoke to him?
How do you function in society, seriously?
78 pages?!?
It's super simple: an unhinged maniac - irrelevant if he was supposed to put on a wrestling show or not, as it would anyway have been staged not real - slammed a man on his head rendering him unconscious and then punched him as hard as he could over a dozen times, stopping only because multiple people dragged him off and restrained him.
That is at least assault and possibly attempted murder (attempted assuming the victim makes it through and without permanent disabilities): it's a complete farce if he doesn't do serious time.
It's totally undefensible.
That would entail Rampage not being a piece of shit. We have 2 decades of Rampage being a jack off. You know that none of these things will happen. 3 will only happen if he's forced by law.
They obviously want to know why this could happen. That's the important issue. My guess is it had something to do with it. It's too extreme not to factor in. I've never seen something this gruesome in this context.
He was acting. As soon as he found out Raja was not a wrestler, he apologized. Raja accepted the apology. And it took 1 hour+ before the "fight".The latter. Although the timeline might put him away anyway. There's no doubt Stu was appearing threatening and wanted to start something. They will not look kindly on that, and that org is embarassed.
If I tell you to kill my assistant, believe it or not you still cannot kill my assistant - much less with your bare hands (or if I told you to kill me, if you think that is more applicable). It's both illegal and immoral, for rather obvious reasons. He did what they told him to

Kess brother, he's winding you up with this whole "how is that not a huge factor though" as if he's legit not understanding why you're ignoring it.There are hundreds of posts explaining why it happened. Raj is a lunatic that felt the most important thing was "not looking like a bitch". But the thing is, instead of making it clear at the time he felt slighted, he let the internet trolls get to him and stewed on it for hours. Then devised a plan to beat the unsuspecting guy after already receiving an apology and seemingly accepting it.
It's premeditated attempted murder. If you wanna delve into why Raj is fuckedin the head (dad bullying him, whatever) that's fine. Doesn't change the fact he should be in prison for a long time.
I'm perceiving this post as a racially aggravated slight against me and I will be around your house to beat you into a living death later on today.
Again, talking about the apology. He was told to apologize. It doesn't matter for this case whatsoever if he did apologize or notIf I tell you to kill my assistant, believe it or not you still cannot kill my assistant - much less with your bare hands (or if I told you to kill me, if you think that is more applicable). It's both illegal and immoral, for rather obvious reasons.
Even if he had full permission or thought wrestling was real or whatever, the fact that he is punching a person with full force until that person dies is already enough to show he is dangerous to society. It's not like he hit the guy twice and he went into coma, those type of accidents happen in fights. He is swinging on someone with full force 20 times or so, and would have kept going if 10 Pro Wrestlers did not jump on him.
He is cold bloodily killing someone, or clearly trying to.

He knows it's not, he's playing it up to drive you up a wall with every attempt to find the right words to convey it to him.
