it is basically like two shitty movies redbox B movies put together it is such a injustice and disservice to the 2008 rambo film.

Yea this movie was just ok. I think it would have been better for him to go to Mexico and just turn it into a war zone over there instead of the whole tunnel shit. Would have been cool to see him running through the buildings picking people off and shit. Also he should have killed that girl who delivered his daughter to the sex slave traders. Fuck her and her life is hard BS.

I concur a battle in mexico could have been as epic as the Burma battle. sicario and even act of valor nailed it more ,rambo could have assembled a special forces team like he did in Burma.

The last act had me rolling though. I thought it was like this is what Home Alone would've been if it was rated R. The whole montage at the end made me want to check out the other movies though.

Yeah check out those other Rambos, particularly, ya know, First Blood

The extended cut helped fill in some of the holes with the story. It went from hes helping a random family to you see some of the reason why he was close with them. Theres still problems but it clears that up somewhat.

Love Rambo and Sly is one of my childhood hero, but this movie was ridiculously stupid and just terrible. Just watched it on Amazon Prime, and I'm so happy I didn't waste my time or money going to see it in theater.

Just got back from an advanced screening with my wife. Best action movie since the first John Wick. Highly recommend it. The finale is a heart-stopper. Literally.

Halfway through the film my wife (an immigrant herself) shouted, "That's why we need a wall!" <45>

Anyway, great film. Check it out, you nancy boys.

It got shit-canned for being "racist" because it portrayed the Mexican villains in the films in a negative light. Who would have thought they would portray the film's villains as bad people? Nevermind the fact that Rambo and his family are also Mexican and painted in a positive light.

It was a great film. It wasn't simply an empty action film like the other sequels. It had some depth to the story like the original. It was a perfect ending to the series.

Why did Rambo have all these crazy tunnels in his backyard? It's as if they built a set for a different script.

And WTF was Rambo's plan when he first went to Mexico? he's never acted that stupid before. Rambo surviving only because his enemies are lucky/stupid is not what the character is about.

Somehow ive.never seen a Rambo movie. Should i watch the rest first?

You should definitely watch the original first. The forth one is also pretty good. The second one has great action sequences, but is really thin on plot and substance. The third one is really mediocre.

She is all Mexican. Rambo was always a Mexican-American character himself. He's not supposed to be a white (or Italian) guy.
