But it is a completely fixable problem.

lol you're a bit retarded aren't you.while that makes it harder, that's not an excuse to be obese.

Actually no its not entirely genetichis metabolism was awful. thats entirely genetic
Weight loss is an extremely simple process. Calories in vs calories out, end of story.
But that's literally all weight loss is. Obese people do not transcend the laws of physiology in comparison to anyone else. Actually the people who espouse this are ahead of the curb. The only way you are becomingThe majority of people who shout "calories in calories out" have no earthly idea what they're talking about regarding weight loss.
If we are talking about strictly weight-loss then it's actually the only pertinent information necessary. I get that you are trying to emphasize long term prevention but you are not by passing that one statement because formerly obese people relapse into their old ways. They become obese again because they do the opposite of that one sentence. You clearly have more experience than most, but you still distill weight loss into that one sentence, and it's dangerously inaccurate.
Weight loss isn't simple if you want to keep it off. A
Prevention is the key. Calories in/out is excellent prevention. It is considerably less effective as a treatment after the creation of fat cells.
What's most important for them is to adopt and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Eat clean. Exercise. Get in the best physical shape you can and take care of your heart.
:OGive up. You're addressing someone who says cigarettes aren't addictive.

obese is by eating a metric fuck ton and being so sedentary you are almost comatose.

Again it actually is extremely simple/not complex. But it's very hard in practice because these people have a set of circumstances that are not conducive to expending calories or a mindset that allows them to keep reducing calories with out relapsing.
The continuance of not being in a caloric surplus is what will dictate long term weight gain prevention. The goal isn't to make them lose weight until they die, it's to get to a healthy weight and not balloon up to that point of obesity again and once more it comes down to cals in Cal's out
I'm not sure you are realizing this but although I do agree with you, all you are really saying is calories in calories out a little bit more elaborately and for them to adopt a healthy lifestyle. You realize that's the impossibility for these people right? Do you have any actual solutions to get them to that point?
lol you're a bit retarded aren't you.

Oh you love it!There's so much awfulness in this thread it makes me ashamed to post on Sherdog
For real
