In the Yarl case the DA said publicly there was a racial component but he would not file a hate crime charge because the charges they did lay carry a harsher penalty so it would serve no purpose.

I live in NY and have seen several cases reported on since the pandemic. Sometimes with footage asking for help in locating the suspect. If the DA intervened in one of those cases, to allow the suspect to remain free for 8 months until one of them released their own footage implicating themselves, then the cases might have more traction to reach national headlines.

Do you "feel bad for them", or do you hate them and think they shouldn't even have rights? We all know the answer.

Yes, he retweeted a Time article, and specifically said it was incorrect as soon as he found out it was. Herp derp, he's "intentionally spreading disinformation" by retweeting a Time article. Time itself are at no fault, but the guy who retweeted their article who immediately said it was wrong is obviously who's to blame here".

I hate fake objective moderates who want to be apologist in any way for an innocent kid getting shot.
The same clowns that cry about
-Black on black gun violence. Kids killing kids.
-The same clowns who cry about "children" being aborted.
-The same clowns that base their whole world view of :eek::eek::eek::eek:s sexually abusing children as a giant global conspiracy.

However, when an innocent young Black child gets blasted in the face in an attempted execution by a normal citizen, these people wouldn't even dare address the child predator that attempted to snuff out an innocent kid. Instead they will jump over a verified attempted murderer to condem some woke goof saying innocuous things on the news.
Or literally search high & low to justify or white wash why its not a big deal that the kid almost got murdered.

Well that's an outright lie. More than half of black on black murders go "unsolved". Black murderers are not arrested at many multiples the rate of white murderers

Because as any prosecutor will tell you... Lack of victim and witness cooperation is their NUMBER 1 issue. So they're actually underrepresented in prosecutions. A truly tragic reality.
