Don't know Duelbits but if they're mainly a crypto casino then yeah, they're gonna be banned in a lot of countries (US among them).

They only promote in the crypto community, ye they are main crypto. Europeans and some Asian countries can access it.

Wouldn't recommend using VPN for sites like that unless you're willing to lose your money at any time.

They'll ask for a reference as proof of your location eventually, usually when you're withdrawing a big amount, and if you try to dodge it/fake it the account and your balance will be gone. Saw it happen to a dude on a site I use a few years ago, he had like millions of $ wagered on an account using a VPN. One day they asked for a reference to verify his account and he got ethered.
 
Not getting back the millions, makes them risky.

They are complying with the law though so that's what they do. Verifying the KYC documents that users have sent. This seems to be common in Bitcoin bookmakers, but they usually ask KYC to users who deposit large amounts.
