Rehabilitation Question for people who have had tendonitis issues.

I have long head bicep tendonitis. You just got to know when to back off from exercises to be able to heal up and maybe figure out if certain angles / movement irritates your injury.

Sometimes tendonitis is an indirect irritation from shoulder injuries.

Fugged my elbows, sucked but had to lay off but did find out calisthenics was doable with no issues so most my work outs revolve around that now and enjoying the hell out of it. Wish you a speedy recovery!

I have tendonitis, but I don't know if I have any wisdom to impart. I don't do normal pull-ups or chin-ups anymore because they aggravate it and I haven't done weights in a while with my upper body. Straight-arm exercises seem not to have the same effect on my tendons. They tax them, but it seems to be in a more positive way, a "good" pain.

When I do curl, its always spider curls on the 180 degree side of the preacher bench. Normal, 45 degree preachers mess with me.

Basically, I just found exercises that allowed me to do things from angles that seemed to be, in essence, okay.
