hey everyone i just have a question about my strength. i feel like i'm really weak, i'm currently 130 pounds but im in wrestling and going 125. im 16 about 5'9'' and my 4 core lifts consist of: Bench: 140; Squat: 200; Incline: 135; and Clean & Jerk: 100. is there any way i could get stronger?
