Eastern block meaning what? I agree Martitimes will most likely stay lib, but after that I think there are no certainties. If we assume that this election result in Quebec is a predictor of the federal election, I believe Bernier will pick up quite a few votes here (no way many French will vote for Scheer, he’s the essential embodiment of Anglo Canada). Ontario as well I think could swing Conservative, and if both of those scenarios come to pass, the libs are going to have an almost impossible uphill battle (not like they’re getting AB or SASK).

East as in anything east of manitoba. Ontario and quebec are largely lib and ndp now for prov and fed despite what quebec just voted. They always seem so flippy floppy, so until they vote con federally im not convinced despite their current votes recently. A conservative federally who wants to reduce their handouts wont go well lol
