I made a thread about our farmers going going out of business and my butcher friend having to shut up shop and was ridiculed like it wasn't happening and I was some chick making it all up and these imaginary farmers who didn't vote for going out of business were all in my head.

It mainly upsets me because aside from us giving $2 billion to Argentina who immediately gave all our soybean business to China, our farmers depended on providing food to our food banks and now our illustrious leader has slashed our food banks. So farmers are fucked providing people with food, and the people needing food are fucked.

It's a revolving door.

Helping out Argentina isnt terrible imo. I havent read totally on it but foreign aid is a good thing right? We should have enough to do both imo. Help out our farmers and provide foreign aid.

I realize you aren't making fun, but you refuse to denounce Trump's tariffs that are bankrupting soybean farmers while Trump also bails out a country that is filling the soybean void. I'm in eastern N.C. I drive by fields of soybeans. China has bought nothing from them. They have normally filled several barges bound for China.

I am sick and tired of the same farmers here that vote for Trump crying about it when their crops don't get bought up. What makes me even more pissed off is Trump bailing those farmers out with MY fucking money.

They did give Trump a $400M jet. They need to get their money's worth for their bribe.

I just hope they understand that unless Congress passes a bill, none of what Trump does is permanent. A future US president will remove them.

@LangfordBarrow When I honestly think about what is going on I get sick to my stomach and feel like puking. I have military family. LEO family retired with honors. What is going on now is an abomination.
