Heavy Machinery haven't really established themsleves on NXT yet, so I don't see it.

Dream could move up, I just think there is more for him in NXT right now.

The only reason why I even thought of it is Heavy Machinery have nowhere to go on NXT now, especially with The War Raiders turning up, and with SmackDown losing Breezango and The Ascension, they need a "comedy" tag team and Heavy Machinery fit the role perfectly.
