Tuned back in for the third and thought Roy had it in the bag

1st two were clear 10-9 for Mitrone. 95% of the stand up was him teeing off on Roy, only for Roy to get a takedown with about a minute left in round 1, and maybe 2ish minutes in round 2. Roy did zilch in both othrr than hold position.


Round 3 was clearly Roy's, and a 10-8 could be argued for him. I personally didn't think he did enough for a 10-8 (if the dumbass would have actually thrown more he probably could have gotten the stoppage, but he played it too safe).

Either way, I think whomever wins between Mo and Bader (I think Bader wins) would have beaten either one (minus the big KO shot, especially to Bader). Wrestlefuck incoming.

Belt

If you got a proper belt and you know how to use it, it will only help you get stronger. It helps overload you safely. Lifting with a belt is slightly different than without, when you lift with a belt you tighten your core and kind of push/protrude your abs into the belt to give you power. Without a belt you tighten your whole core but push a little more out into the obliques. That’s how I see it anyways.

Get used to lifting in a solid belt if you are trying to get strong, brother.

Good to know. Putting more weights on that bar is always the goal but I didn't wanna jump to a belt too early and sacrifice that trunk development but sounds like that wouldn't be the case. I'm finally in the 300s for squat by a cunt hair. Really hoping for 3 plates next time I go all out for ORM
