If you got a proper belt and you know how to use it, it will only help you get stronger. It helps overload you safely. Lifting with a belt is slightly different than without, when you lift with a belt you tighten your core and kind of push/protrude your abs into the belt to give you power. Without a belt you tighten your whole core but push a little more out into the obliques. That’s how I see it anyways.

Get used to lifting in a solid belt if you are trying to get strong, brother.

They did a good job keeping the dlow of the fight going. Meathead picking Roy apart on the feet, then Big Cuntry (no typo) trying to steal the round with a take down. Two clear 10-9 rounds, with the 3rd a possible 10-8. Right guy (credibility wise) moved on.
