Just last year we had a jobber do a roid cycle and become world champion and now we've got women getting implants again. It's a great time to be a fan of pro wrestling

Black Panther was dope as fuck!!!!!
Seriously one of the best superhero movies of all time
If you saw Civil War(which Im sure you all did) this whole movie continues Black Panthers bad ass vibe that he had in his few scenes in that movie
Thought all the bullshit SJW 100% scores were just hype but I was wrong, I cant believe how fuckin awesome this shit was

Plus any movie that starts out in Oakland in 1992 with the whole theater rumbling from a Too Short song is a win from me

GF has gone mad about getting a big ass and is working out 2-3 hours a day at my home gym/bedroom... That’s better than her getting ass implants... which she was talking about before I told her that she’s got everything she needs in my gym and unlike titties and dicks, you can get big through hard work.

Any tips for her? Thing is, she wants a muscle ass with low fat. I told her to do squats but she doesn’t seem to want to.

Edit: she does ‘squats’ but without weights or some bullshit with holding a weight in front of her. She works out like 3x more than me including the yoga I do.

I don't want to do barbell squats either, but I do them anyway.

It's probably a waste of time to work out 2-3 hours a day, especially if she's just doing fluff and pump nonsense to "tone." Three to four times a week using efficient exercises with relatively heavy weights is all she needs. She can start squatting with just an empty barbell and work her way up from there. Make sure she at least breaks parallel with her knees on the way down.

J suggested Romanian deadlifts, which are fine and probably more appealing to a broad starting out, but a puppy is killed every time they are done. Save a puppy, kids--do the standard deadlift.

She can always do stuff like glute ham raises or glute bridges if she genetically struggles in the ass department.

Oh, and most importantly--don't listen to anything I have to say, because I'm a noob, and I don't know what the fuck I'm talking about.
