Getting there at close to 4, the security almost booted me for my tablet until I explained I had my ticket on there. They gave me a stern warning that if they saw it out, they'd take it away and boot me out as well, which kinda pissed me off since people were bringing in iPhones, Galaxies, digital cameras, etc. Okay, whatever. I'll play by their rules.
- First match was Rusev vs. Sin Cara for Main Event. Sin Cara had a few moments of decent offense in, but Rusev got the win with the Accolade.
- Then they set up for the big opening. Cole, Saxton, and Steph get booed to shit, Graves and Foley get tons of love. Joe comes out after the opening video and the crowd's loving him. It's his 3rd time in Oregon, I believe. He came through in TNA and NXT. Reigns gets booed to hell.
- Bayley vs. Nia Jax was good, just nothing really to write home about since Charlotte interfered.
- Braun vs. the 4 jobbers had my group laughing. Braun's getting over with the crowd. The one guy leaving had me in stitches. Braun vs. Roman got cheers, which should make for a decent match.
- Set up for the cruiserweights now, which is amazing due to how fast they do it, putting purple tape over the ropes and switching the mat and ring skirts.
- Gulak vs. Tozawa was good. Fans were enjoying Tozawa and starting to chant with him. Always good to see Kendrick.
- Kevin Owens, Chris Jericho and Goldberg segment was great. Bill was over huge, which is sad since most of the current roster could use that. This was Bill's first time in Oregon since most of the time he was on a roster, there was the Oregon wrestling ban. If you look close, you can see my dumbass waving my beanie in the upper right behind Goldberg.
- Cesaro and Sheamus vs. Anderson and Gallows was fun. During the match, I'm thinking during commercial but someone correct me, a loud noise went over the loudspeakers and Enzo and Cass stood up from their seats, looking confused as hell. Fans were pissed at the finish.
- New Day vs. Shining Stars. Typical match in which everyone and their mother could guess the finish. Man these shows are long without intermissions....
- Rock and Roll Express are getting their induction video, which everyone cheered. Considering there were tons of fans that never saw their matches, pretty awesome response for it and them. Now someone get on the horn to Corny to get his ass to induct them.
- Zayn vs. Jericho was good. Jericho's got the fans loving him, even as a heel. Zayn was great too. I can't really say too much other than the fans ate it up.
- We didn't get to see the Emmalina promo, but oh well. It is what it is.
- The Cruiserweight 6-Man tag was good, but the fans are exhausted. Seriously, putting them on in the 2nd to last spot of the night isn't helping anyone.
- Samoa Joe vs. a Samoan named Joe, I mean Roman Reigns had the crowd going. It was 60/40 Joe, with the men going Joe and the women and kids going for Reigns. Braun coming out and tearing up Reigns had the fans cheering "Thank you Braun!"
- Post show dark segment was Brock Lesnar, who was advertised to appear on local television, and Paul Heyman coming out, with Paul speaking for Brock saying Goldberg left but Brock wants to fight so someone bring their ass down here. Out comes the Big Show, who goes for a chokeslam, but is countered and eats an F-5. Lesnar and Heyman leave, Big Show gets up, walks to the back, but is waving at the fans, saying thank you and waves as he enters the entryway.
