KO should have a good face run down the line. Once he's no longer Trips' chosen guy and stops aligning himself with the Authority and Jericho he can re-find his roots and be kind of a plucky underdog with the background of "I spent 15 years doing things on my own without any help from Jericho or Triple H, and I sure as shit don't need their help now." Then he just powerbombs everyone on the apron until they die.

Perfect face storyline for Owens.

It's the Rumble, he's in one of these convoluted "Loser of the match becomes number 1" matches, knowing how things are in WWE, it'll be an 8 man tournament, where the loser advances.

Anyways, he's number 1, and instead of saying "I'm gonna win the Royal Rumble", he says "This isn't the Royal Rumble... this is "The Kevin Owens has been screwed over by the idiots in charge and is Number 1 in the Royal Rumble so in response to that, he is going to powerbomb EVERYBODY in what can be considered a veritable Powerbomb Bonanza" Royal Rumble, 29 men WILL be Powerbombed! And Sami Zayn is going to get 2 because I don't like him".

And then when there's one of those stupid group promos where everyone says "I'm gonna win the Rumble!!" "Nu-uh, I am" "You're both wrong, I am!", Owens just says "I'm going to powerbomb you! I'm gonna powerbomb you, I'm gonna powerbomb you... and you're gonna get at least 2 because I don't like your stupid face!"

That way, you can have him last a while, delivering on his promise to powerbomb everybody, and people start routing for him to do it, and then he gets eliminated, people don't think he's gonna do it... until he comes back a few times to deliver more powerbombs.
