Sid knew his strengths and weaknesses. If he tried to talk like a normal person, he sounded brain dead. But when he just did his psycho ranting, he was believably scary.

Exactly. He knew his strengths and weaknesses and played to them perfectly. He was white hot in the WWE and as far as I am concerned, had a Hall of Fame worthy career. Wasn't technically brilliant, messed up a few lines really, really badly but he was massively over in his day.

Same with Ultimate Warrior.

Sid was always over wherever he went to, even in ECW. You can't help but love crazy.

– Forbes has revealed their list of Hollywood’s highest paid actors, and it’s good to be the Rock. Rock doubled his earnings from 2015 and scored with a $64.5 million year. Rock has been part of many successful projects both in front of the camera, as well as behind the scenes as a producer. Last year’s #1, Robert Downey Jr, dropped to #8 with $33 million; don’t cry for him, I am sure he’s fine. Jennifer Lawrence came in first place for the ladies, scoring $46 million. Melissa McCarthy was the closest to her with $33 million. Here are the top 10 lists for both the men and the women…

Top 10 world’s highest paid male actors 2016
1. Dwayne Johnson – $64.5 million
2. Jackie Chan – $61 million
3. Matt Damon – $55 million
4. Tom Cruise – $53 million
5. Johnny Depp – $48 million
6. Ben Affleck – $43 million
7. Vin Diesel – $35 million
8. Shah Rukh Khan – $33 million
8. Robert Downey Jr – $33 million
10. Akshay Kumar – $31.5 million
Sweet cream on an ice cream sammich that's a lotta damn money! And GOAT hadn't even started cashing them Disney checks

He gets reactions every time he's out there, he knows how to grab attention. I'd say he has tons of charisma which could be shown better with a change of gimmick.

His biggest wins are Swagger/BigShow/Henry/Ziggler... That's a fucking problem. Meanwhile Roman Reigns is superman and given everything for years.

No wonder nobody is over. If Rusev can only beat those type of guys after all this time as a champion..

The dude is average at everything. He's right where he needs to be...and despite what some would have you believe there's nothing wrong with that. Some guys should never be above the secondary belt level...Rusev is one of them. Again...that's fine though...not everyone can be the main event...better to be the Honky Tonk Man than random jobber #2783.

Sid knew how to act like a legitimate crazy person, plus he was a shit brick house which made him even scarier

You know a dude has some screws loose if he'd rather play in some redneck softball tournament instead of getting a world title reign.

That's some major undervaluing .

I DON'T KNOW SHIT CRYBABY!

That might have been the best unintentionally funny moment in wrestling history. Well, maybe not as unintentionally funny as Shock Master, but it's up there. Bret doing his hissy fit and then Sid drops that line on him.

A man can only play softball for 50 or so years, you know.

Not even a little bit. Look, we all know you have a thing for tall, dark, and not American...but Rusev is in as good of a spot as his talent allows...and it's a better spot than most. There's no shame in that. Fans need to learn to accept that not everyone they like is cut out to be world champion. Hell, I've been signing the Miz' praises for years but I'd shit all over it if they made him their champ.

Everyday is a good day to watch Shawn get the shit kicked outta him.

Regarding Daniel Bryan wrestling, while I don’t know this factually, one would presume that because he’s General Manager and working regularly again, the time is ticking on his contract, which means that at some point he would be able to leave the company and work elsewhere. Whether it is healthy or prudent for him to return as a wrestler on a full-time or part-time basis is still a question that he has to come up with an answer for, as different doctors have given him different opinions. Whether he would want to give up the financial security (which seems to mean less to him than for most, as he’s seemingly happier being an artist on his own terms than being rich) of a guaranteed WWE deal is something else, although he could make huge money away from WWE. It wouldn’t surprise me if he could make more away from WWE as a wrestler than his downside in WWE without the money you make when you wrestle as the main event level, plus he’d make all his merch money outside as opposed to just a small percentage of it.

  • Meltzer, last WON.
