I always thought Heretic and Bubba were the same person.
 
Brock was smoking meth with Roman.
They were trying to recreate the Hacksaw Jim Duggan & Sheiky Baby moment. They traded the coke for Meth.

The story Marty Janetty told was even better.

Sheik took a drug test, Vince called him into his office and said "Sheik, I've gotten the results of your drug test back, and it came back positive for cocaine", Sheik says "Ah, excellent!". Vince says "Uhhh, no. That's bad. It means you have cocaine in your system". Sheik says "Oh, well, what about the Don Muraco, did he have it?" Vince said no. "Well, what about the JYD, did he have it?" Vince said no. "What about the Jake the Snake? Did he have it?" Vince said no.

Sheik then said "I don't know why, there were all doing it with me!"
