Late 96 is getting so good right now. The revolving circle/feuding of Austin/Bret/shawn/psycho sid/ bulldog n Owen it's just all fantastic

He was Frankie's dad. I don't think they lived in a trailer park, though, that was Corey's BFF Shawn. Vader was on two episodes, I think, including one where he wrestles Jake Roberts and wins because Corey tells Frankie what advice to give him. Advice such as, "Dad, don't let him DDT you!"
