Bought Hollow Knight a couple days ago for 15 bucks, wandering around lost as heck in the darkness right now, I suspect theres a good game in here somewhere, I just gotta find it

@My Spot

I liked this game a lot. It seems boring at first but I felt it picked up as you get more items and just word of note. If you get to that arena battle level (you will know what I'm talking about when you get there). You will die A LOT.

In regards to rating Jey's reign, I'd say B-/C. For one, it's not a World Title, its a glorified mid tier title. No one ever thought he was above Cena or Rhodes at anytime.

I dont understand WWE and titles. US, IC, WWE and UNDISPUTED. Reigns fixed this problem for them to just make it weird again.

They need to just merge the US/IC and WWE title. A guy like Gunther with that belt makes it instantly credible. Kill the two tag titles, and do the same for the women. If they HAVE to have another belt, just make a TV-esque title belt that is defended each week on a televised or streamed show.

Having the IC and the US Title separate is just fine. The real problem right now with the mid card titles is the Women's US Title picture is a mess. Zelina is such a weak champion that they really need someone who can make that title better. I do agree with you though on the tag titles. Raw's tag division is just shit.

That being said we all know why Jey's title reign did not work and that's because he needs to show he can actually carry a match consistently and he needs to hit the gym.

You guys wanna see what the Mr Iguana gimmick looked like just 5 years ago, definitely not anything you ever thought would pop up on WWE tv(ugh)

"Work it til it works, brother"

That reminded me of that crappy Adam Rose gimmick in WWE.

Jey Uso is basically this generations Ken Kennedy. Awesome entrance, ok in the ring.

I die like 600 times per level at every game, it's what I do

I'm at what I assume is the first boss battle, The False Knight, and I keep getting destroyed, I wandered around for awhile looking for a better weapon or an upgrade shop but I didnt find anything so I'm fighting him with my default sword, not going very well, we'll see how she plays out...

It's been awhile since I played but there will eventually be 3 stores around Dirtmouth. I'm not sure how many you have visited yet. The one ran by the guy who gave you the map (Conifer I think) and two others.

Cena v. Punk one last time should have headlined Summer Slam night 2. Cena v. Killings is a good Saudi match.

They could have slow burned Punk vs. Cena even longer till Survivor Series. Unless somehow they want to have Roman be the guy to beat Cena before he leaves and then build Roman vs. Seth.

I miss Abraham Washington and Kobe jokes. If you know, you know...

@Stargazer Rex Will you be taking time away from your vacation to watch NXT tonight? LMK

@My Spot That little piece of shit @Bix whining that Kris and O'Connor are calling Bruce Jenner Bruce Jenner because in 1986 his name was fucking Bruce Jenner!

I've never hated that little dweeb piece of slime more than I do at this moment

Yeah I was hoping you'd catch that.

I debated even saying anything, but here goes.

Ended up going back and catching Worlds Collide and Money in the Bank after life went batshit crazy on my end over the weekend. Enjoyed the hell out of Worlds Collide, dig the production and appreciate the fact that even though it was AAA presented by WWE, it felt like there was a genuine attempt to "reach across the aisle" so-to-speak on WWE's end and keep it as AAA in spirit as they could (coming from a complete lucha casual).

MITB, also really enjoyed it for the most part. The MITB winners, while not my choices, are justifiable storyline-wise. I would argue out of everybody involved in BOTH the men's and women's matches this year, that Naomi NEEDS the briefcase the most out of all in order to build more heat. Everybody else (arguably) will be just fine without it this year. I'm really not sure where you'd go with Naomi as a heel without it right now, honestly.

Liked the ending to the show, loved seeing Truth come back and the pop that ensued.

So after a weekend of pretty great wrestling shows (and a UFC card that was, well, there), the biggest thing I've taken away from this is that internet wrestling "fans" and everybody on social media are miserable cunts. They get mad when the show doesn't go how they want. They get mad when it doesn't surprise them anymore. They get mad when it DOES surprise them. "DWAYNE PAUL AND NICK ARE JUST BACKTRACKING TO SAVE FACE, THEY DIDN'T WORK ME!" "WHERE'S THE STORY ON TV?!" "THEY'RE JUST PANDERING!" "PRO WRESTLING HAS ALWAYS BEEN BETTER WITH COMPETITION!" followed IMMEDIATELY by "HOW DARE THEY SCHEDULE SHOWS THAT DIRECTLY COMPETE WITH US! WE'RE THE LITTLE GUY! THEY'RE KILLING THE BUSINESS!"

This stuff with Truth just galvanized my overall disdain for the dumpster fire that is social media wrestling commentary (and social media in general these days). My conclusion? Pro wrestling is far more entertaining without hearing from the "fans" that have these really weirdly entitled parasocial relationships with "this business".

...now if you'll excuse me, I'll be heading back to my hermit hut in the woods.
