The cheapest tickets will be directly from the venue website and not someone like Stubhub or Vivid Tickets. They will also be more expensive the closer you get to the event date. Just checked on the event on the 16th and the same section I'm in is now a little higher than I paid if I go to the venue website, but on Stubhub they are running almost $200 more than I paid.

Sounds a lot like a certain oval-based racing circuit that peaked prices when they were popular then never adjusted them and saw a 90% drop in TV ratings, lack of consistent sponsorships and half full grandstands

Yea, its pretty surprising to see how empty the stands are some Sundays these past couple seasons
They completely abandoned their core fanbase to chase those mainstream dollars and once the mainstream was done with them, the shit kickers didnt want em back

This is Jim Crockett Promotions taking Starrcade away from Greensboro all over again!

Just for fun I just looked at Bristol tickets. That and Daytona would be the only races I would even remotely entertain going to any more. There were some seats for $120 but the seats I'd want to sit in were $275-300 each. It says a lot that I thought "that's not bad" <lmao>

I get MIS tickets through work for like $55 (pre fees because of stupid Tickermaster). That track is in the middle of nowhere and it just bakes in the sun. Glad they kept it in the summer lol

All of what you said is true.

I miss going to house shows and some of their best and most viral moments came during those events. I get it's a lighter schedule for the wrestlers, but the lack of road time and lack of work could backfire.

WWE tickets should not be comparable to NFL tickets in price. You're just pricing the average wrestling fan out, which, as you alluded to, is what they seemingly want. It's garbage.

While everything Petey said is absolutely true my bigger gripe is all the wrestling flowing through WWE now. LFG, Evolve, AAA NXT/TNA, Speed, Raw and Smackdown. It's too much. WWE could be compared to the Yum! Brands of wrestling. If you don't know Yum! Brands is the terrible company that owns Taco Bell, Pizza Hut and KFC. All 3 of those brands were better before Yum came along. Now all 3 are trash.

Pizza Hut was a full on experience and vibe back in the day. Felt like a king walking into Pizza Hut in 1991 and if you go to a Pizza Hut with a buffet, forget about it, life peaked.

Me at 8 years old walking into a Pizza Hut:

All the websites for the venues around here just have links directly to Ticketmaster.

Ticketmaster be like:
