I just noticed something as I was staring in my floor length mirror as I lotioned up my smooth deep rich molasses-ish tanned body after my post workout shower right now, my shoulders are starting to get noticeably broader and more sturdy looking, not as slanted and droopy as they used to be, I guess maybe all this exercise I been doing is transforming my hot bod, who knew that was a thing ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
