Big Kat Kita and Ms. NXT worked tag last night at a house show. I like it. I could see them having a funny dynamic and a tag together gives them both something to do while they work on things. Book it, Heartbreak!

Looks like Oakland showed out hard for their new futbol team last night, see this is the kinda support you get from a fanbase desperate to have someone to cheer for again(like Eric Embry in 1989 Dallas), 27,000 for minor league soccer is a damn good number
I really wish The Rock would come to his fucking senses and bring us a football team from his shitty little 3rd rate gimmick league that starts up again next week, I guarantee the numbers would pop even higher

Young Bell started 16th today and he's already up to 12 after 4 laps, lets see if he can bounce back from that horrible screwjob that Nascar laid on him last week just to break the streak

Who ever heard of getting penalized just cause you pull into some other drivers pit stall and make his pit crew work on your car!?

So was that the biggest upset in the history of collegiate rasslin?
Coincidentally Dan Gable also lost his final college match.

Lapsed Fan this week was World War III '96. We are in the throngs of the NWO but there's still some of that old school rasslin' going on. The stipulation for Harlem Heat vs the Quebecers is that Sherri gets 5 minutes in the ring with col. Parker if they win. I believe the storyline was they were supposed to get married and he cheated on her. I feel like you would enjoy it. The crowd is so into it and Dusty is shoot losing his mind on commentary. It's just good ol rasslin fun with two vet workers in there

You have to drive through Dothan in order to get to me and Spot's beloved Redneck Riviera. You truly can't imagine what a nothing happening town it is. I can't believe anything takes place there.

It was actually a rasslin hotbed back in the 60's & 70's, Bullet Bob Armstrong and Ronnie Garvin were big stars there for the Fuller-Welch family owned territories and the Fabulous Freebirds got their start in Dothan when it was just Michael Hayes and Terry Gordy as kids

They used to broadcast the opening matches of the Saturday night card live on local tv in Dothan at 5 pm so people could eat dinner as they watched the first couple matches and then rush down and catch the rest of the show live, which obviously meant they'd do something wild in that first hour that had to be settled that night in the main event to get those butts in seats

It's a carny business

The NWA was in Dothan last night and they didnt even run the Farm Center!

I think that is the most generic setup I've ever seen in my life, I have so many questions. Camera platforms directly opposite on the same end of the ring so you get the same angle just reversed? What's up with the green strap/cable/WTF thing over the guard rail on the right? Dude on the left sitting with green jacket guy (timekeeper?) at the table just kicked back having a snooze? Where exactly is the camera guy that's getting the shot of the refs holding the belts in the ring? Is he John Cena? Is that an actual wheelchair ramp for an entrance?

This is the same NWA that Billy Corgan owns now, right?

Didn't Hogan work there a lot at the start of his career or am I thinking of somewhere else?

Because he was in deep on a shot. No one has been able to take Gable down this season. These are big ol bulls, if someone gets that deep in on a shot it's dangerous Gable or no Gable. And, well, you saw what happened. That was a hell of a wrestling match. They had a crazy scramble the first period that set the tone. Scrambles at heavyweight are pretty rare. Wyatt let Gable know that he wasn't just going to let him smoke him. That got the crowd into a frenzy and then that final takedown was the high spot.
Ok, I just watched the whole match and I see the context of it now and what a position that was compared to the rest of the match. That was excellent entertainment. He walks out holding the American flag, which I admit I thought was a little odd since he's wrestling another American and Gable gets right in his face about it. He was working, brother!

Then his whole family crying with him at the end was a helluva moment. He walks over to the mat and throws up a salute and I'm wondering "what the hell is that about?" and the camera cuts to WWE hall of famer, PRESIDENT TRUMP! <lmao><lmao><lmao> I had no idea he was there so it popped me so good.

Yea, him and Brutus Beefcake worked as Terry & Ed Boulder and the first time Hulk ever worked against Andre was in Dothan

I'd really like to know where Andre got size 34 cowboy boots
