One of my closest cousins in the world got married on my birthday and it was one of the greatest parties I ever been to, I know youre not a social butterfly like me but I had a great time spending my birthday partying with hundreds of family members, some I hadnt seen in ages and a few sadly that I will never see again after that amazing night

Its a beautiful cherished memory that I never woulda had if that interloper didnt try to upstage me that day cause I guarantee those 4 generations of assholes definitely wouldnt have got together just for ole Pete


Its actually his 20th anniversary this year and theyre already making plans for a big to do and you better believe my ass finna force my way into the festivities too, guarantee my picture ends up somewhere on the commemorative t shirt!

Even if I gotta show up early with a buncha sticker pics from the photo booth at Chuck E Cheese and stick one on each t shirt myself!

I never gave a dang about my birthday for years. For like 20 years I never did anything for it. Didn't care. But you almost die and find yourself in hell then come back and those pesky birthdays mean something again. Especially when you are married with kids. If we were closer I probably would have went. But I also didn't go because they have a lot of gang ties hence why some gangsters crashed their wedding and beat up the father in law lmao. Not really something you want to bring your wife and teenage sons around. Wasnt gonna put that out there but that played a role in me not going either.

I gotta lotta regrets from my younger days(and my older days too) but thats a really big one, we used to go to weddings, quincenearas, etc. that hard working people saved up for years for sometimes and were trying to make a beautiful memory with their loved ones and we would destroy that shit for no reason other than to be a fucking scum bag, we would plan to go there just to fight and fuck people up, giving absolutely zero thought to our own family members or community members that we were fucking over and destroying their joyous occasion
I really wish I never did that

Yeah. At least you have regrets now. You have some self awareness. There are still guys in their 40s and 50s out there doing that shit. My brother turned it around though. He's just a regular guy now with a wife and kids working construction. He was just over for Christmas. His wife is pregnant again! Gonna surprise them with $1000 this summer to help out with diapers and stuff. May not seem like a lot of money to some people but me and my bro used to be little dirt poor brown boys in section 8 housing so it's nice to be able to do that for him now.

Fell short in his 3rd place match. It was a banger, though. He lost 10-8. The kid he lost too was really good, ranked 26th in the state. So he got 4th place and was seeded 8th. He also beat the 19th ranked kid in the state. That was his first top 20 win. We are very happy with his performance. He dropped down a weight class for this tournament and he looked big and strong. I think the kid is going to make a run here in the post season coming up.

No kidding. I am not a big fan of "tall guy wrestler", but if they are going to bring him back, I really hope they use him. Especially because he would probably be a big star in Japan.

I would like him and Oba Femi to face off.

If he's the reason John Spytek got hired as GM and Pete Carroll got hired as head coach he's doing a good job so far.

First time in a long time the Raiders didn't get the scraps that were left over after other teams signed all of the big name candidates.

Thought you'd appreciate a follow-up. Young love was in the air tonight. My buddy looked happy as I've ever seen him and the blushing bride was as well. She's kinda this punk rock style girl so she had this perfecto leather jacket painted up with her new last name on the back that she put on after the ceremony for the reception. It was cute. As I mentioned earlier, I don't know her that well so I was surprised to see full sleeves on both arms in her dress. Not a tattoo guy but they were very well done and looked cool.

They're a big, loud shit talking Italian family so the best man brought the house down with his speech which was just insults and embarrassing stories. He said he was glad that his brother was patient and waitied on the right woman to marry cause that's important "right, dad?" (He's on his third marriage lol.) Talk about a Road Warrior pop in the building <lmao>

It was a good time. Great wedding.
