And never once worked a high school gym or a rec center or a bingo hall, he started on 3rd base and was walked home everytime the fans booed him, that aint no Hall Of Fame career

Cody, now thats a career path to be proud of, said fuck 3rd base and went to the Below-A Independent Caribbean Leagues and clawed and scratched his way to Canton, thats who Im voting for!

@RollSonnenRoll as the resident college football game going person, do you know why bookstores were included in this list?

Its an article about the Pac 12 potentially playing on Thanksgiving Eve in the future but I dont understand what the heck bookstores have to do with game day

Maybe that lunatic @My Spot knows

The bookstore has a lot of exclusive official merchandise and some people just like buying their t-shirts and stuff directly from the university. The "book store" at Bama is huge and has every conceivable style of baseball cap you can imagine

I figured it was probably something like that
This just made me think that not once in 20 years did I ever go into the team store at the Oakland Coliseum
I bought plenty of merch in the parking lot and at the concession stands inside the stadium but never once did I actually set foot inside the store attached to the building, kinda wish I did just cause it was part of the experience of it all
Wonder why I never did
