It's funny how certain conspiracy theories will spring back up. I remember in 90s it was the HAARP facility in Alaska getting all the heat for controlling weather. I'm sure in the 80s and 70s it was something else. And a lot of people freak out like Brooke Adams thinking they are enlightening the people with some esoteric knowledge.

Afghanistan has all types of weird shit associated with it. You probably heard of the giants reported by US military. Iraq had rumor and innuendo of ancient artifacts being discovered and hushed up.

I don't know about those giants being legit but Afghanistan checks off a lot of boxes for being a potential/reported hotbed for weird shit. I mean, pre-Islam, they had some serious "old gods" type society there with Slavic and Arabic and Persian stuff all blending.

Yeah I don't know about the giants either. Probably just some 20 year old kid seeing shit in a firefight. But the whole middle east is pretty trippy if you look at the history and I'd bet it's a shit ton of spiritual activity has gone down there. Hell, even in America I feel that way with certain places. I think there is a lot of history they don't tell us about.
