I would never let you have a mullet or a moustache

@RollSonnenRoll Pat McAfee quoting Roll Tide Willie on GameDay LoL
I wish ESPN still give a damn about NASCAR and we could get Bama fan and native Larry Mac on there spouting motorsport analogies that no one else understands in his Alabama accent
"Coach DeBoer has got that offensive line coming together like an O ring and a gasket to keep that crankshaft sealed for Jalen Milroe!"

@Based God @My Spot The Blue Horizon in Philadelphia was such a great looking building, i dont know if rasslin ever ran there but it was featured prominently on USA Tuesday Night Fights back in the 80's and 90's, its just a perfect old school boxing building
Oh, if those nooks and crannies could speak

Never any rasslin from my limited research. Probably because there was no elevator.
At least the building is still around.

@My Spot the JCP show is from February 1st, 1987, I swear I wanted to say it was from Feb '87 but I chickened out and just said early '87, I got no grapefruits
The main event was Flair vs Windham for the NWA strap but apparently they cant find tape of that match so its not being included on Sunday

JCP @ Atlanta, GA – Omni – February 1, 1987 (4,500)
Bill Dundee defeated Dutch Mantell
Bob Armstrong defeated Jimmy Garvin
Arn Anderson (w/ JJ Dillon & Lex Luger) pinned Brad Armstrong after Luger tripped Armstrong as he attempted a suplex, with Arn falling on top
NWA TV Champion Tully Blanchard (w/ JJ Dillon & Lex Luger) pinned Wahoo McDaniel after Luger hit McDaniel in the head with the title belt
Robert Gibson & Ron Garvin (sub. for Ricky Morton) defeated Bobby Eaton & Dennis Condrey (w/ Jim Cornette & Big Bubba) in an elimination match; Eaton pinned Gibson after Cornette hit Gibson with the tennis racquet; Garvin pinned Eaton with a roll up moments later; Garvin pinned Condrey after ramming him into Bubba’s boot; after the match, Garvin was assaulted by the racquet until Gibson made the save
Dusty Rhodes & NWA US Champion Nikita Koloff defeated Ivan Koloff & Vladimir Petrov via disqualification when Petrov assaulted Koloff with the Russian chain and threw the referee to the floor; Rhodes & Koloff cleared the ring moments later
Japan TV: The Road Warriors (w/ Paul Ellering) defeated NWA Tag Team Champions Rick Rude & Manny Fernandez (w/ Paul Jones) via disqualification when Jones broke the cover as Road Warrior Animal had Fernandez covered after catching him coming off the top and hitting a powerslam; after the bout, the champions double teamed Animal before leaving the ring
Japan TV: NWA US Tag Team Champion Barry Windham fought NWA World Champion Ric Flair to a 60-minute time-limit draw; Flair bled from the head during the match; the bout ended just as Windham hit the lariat and made the cover

The Omni was so weird for JCP even during the good days. Attendance was never consistent even in 86.

@My Spot What the fuck, dont tag me in spoilers of match results from 40 years ago!
I wanna go in fresh tomorrow!
