Got my cable back running this morning, called customer service and actually got connected to an American(which was shocking enough LoL) and she was super pleasant and helpful, got me quickly straightened out and even ran a diagnostic on my internet speed and got my signal boosted up big time
Then she told me I qualify for one year of free cell phone service if I switch to Xfinity but I declined and hung up, now I'm like "What the fuck, why you didnt take that deal, dumbass!?"
I wanna call back and look into it cause thats a good perk to take some sting outta this monster cable bill every month but I just know I'll get connected to a 3rd world foreigner that has me on hold for hours and dont know what the heck theyre doing and I end up getting screwed again in the end

They made a Val Kilmer movie about these murders back in the early 2000's also, it was pretty good, he played John Holmes
