I’m really wanting to get going this week so I can be 3 weeks in and be starting to look fuller when I get to the building on the 5th.

It's so much better to train when you can eat. Like, aestheticlly, I know I'd look significantly better at 235. abs would show, jawline would come back, head would shrink a bit lmao but God dang, I don't drink, I don't do drugs so I want sweets! But my LDL is high so I really need to clean the diet up a bit.

And I need some size so the cut is easier. I’ll pop more at 180-185, instead of having to get to 170, if I put on some muscle during these cold months where I can wear a hoodie.

Inclined walks on the treadmill are like fat burning cheat code. Started swinging those again. Plus it's low impact on the knees. All the squatting takes its toll there.

They are. Especially if you can really lock in that heart rate with a Fitbit. That’s pretty much all I’ve been doing lately to stay in check somewhat. It’s amazing how just that can keep the legs strong and still hard

My calves would be embarrassingly skinny if it wasn't for those since I don't get any direct calve work in.
