Watched this documentary last night about this gimmick called X-Band that was the very first internet and online gaming deal for consoles way back in the mid-90's, was a nice little stroll back through the the old days when all this fancy pants newfandangled computer wizardry was completely foreign to ole Pete, did any of you guys have this thing?
Sounds like something @My Spot woulda been up on, wearing bright shiny Reeboks and cussing at people through X-Mail
I popped for the Kurt Loder MTV News opening segment

I never had it. There was also something similar called Sega Channel.

Yea, they talk about Sega Channel in here, I think this came first

I listened to the '95 WCW section on BTS cause I been watching some of those Nitros recently and I actually made it through the whole segment!
I'll be in here singing the praises of the Attitude Era and discussing the intricacies of how Eric botched WCW's cruiserweight division in no time!

Was surprised to hear that Al Snow goes all the way back to Wrestling At The Chase, that seems weird lol

The original Wrestlefest, just a stadium house show with no national promotion, thats how hot WWF still was in '88
I didnt even know this thang even happened til i saw the VHS tape pop up at the video store
Bobby Heenan doing his old weasel suit gimmick from the AWA was good stuff

Tried to watch this recently but its not on Peacock or Youtube
 
Walking down through the high school on our morning walk turned out to be quite the jackpot, didnt know it was high school sign up day or whatever, got to ogle so many smoking hot milfs bringing their teens and teenettes in to get registered, it was a bounty for the ages

The kid wins again

You know who was doing his concert and sang a lyric about how his opponent has terrible facial hair cause he’s the son of Dutch Mantel. The crowd popped, they got it! They showed a pic of him on the titantron as well

Jesse did not appear but they did make a point of saying he was in the building and showed the video of Triple H shaking his hand earlier in the day. I would have like to have seen him in the front row waving to the fans, personally
