I remember him saying that his life had a before and after The Rolling Stone profile. Which is weird cause I had no idea they would still be that powerful. Basically he was just a stand up and the UFC guy before that but the downloads exploded after that article and he started to be recognized more. From there comes the money, the influence, the power….and the dark side of thatYeah. Something became strange with him. Sometime around episode 1200 or so he started smelling like a government spook to me. He could have always been and the show originated from that but there was a big shift. But I never really cared much for him so it wasnt a big deal to not watch. The weird, fringe guests were always the draw for me. The earlier episodes were really cool for the time, though.
