He's confusing me too. Sounds like he's trying to say they went to Salisbury and we're working Goldberg but because it was a "Vince Town" the fans turned on Goldberg and cheered for them.

I only see 3 times that Goldberg was in a match with The Outsiders and they were all in 1999. They took place in Auburn Hills, New Orleans and Denver. I'm sorry to say but I think Big Kev might be mistaken!
