You seem like you have heat with the sun Rex. Didn't think you would want to be tagged in solar matters.

Here's some more fitness related things, been intermittent fasting for the last couple weeks. 18 hours a day.

I'm currently at hour 20 today. About to finally break this fast with some chicken, rice, and steamed mixed vegetables.

I went to my mom's local skatepark and slashed around for 90 mins or so.

It was overcast and drizzling,
And an acceptable 60 degrees.

Still fun tho

The Sun and I have an understanding. And I'll just say this, the Sun isn't the nice guy he pretends to be. I've seen his malificent side and I'll just leave it at that, BG.

I usually fast 16 hours on my non lifting days. Fasting was a big help getting back down to 245 from 263 end of last year. Be careful how you break your fast. If you eat too much you can get watery, explosive diarrhea :eek:
 
Now Jupiter, that's my big homie. Great guy, excellent guy and I won't hear otherwise!
