Apparently, portraying Sasha Banks as Hogan is...a racist caricature.
And I don't understand why my Twitter feed is always flooded with tweets from accounts I don't even follow.
She brought that on herself really. She made a comment that here AEW debut felt like being Austin. Bitch, the only thing about you that's like Austin is your hairline.

How was that shit racist? There's zero tropes just a Hogan hairline.

Now that the dust has settled, regarding our talk last week about alcohol weakness, I went out to the cage fights on Saturday night and didnt have one single sip even though i was being offered drinks from the moment I jumped in the truck and all the way through the entire event

Wasnt the same as if I was partying but I still had a pretty alright time

Not gonna pretend like Im not drinking anymore but Im still pretty weak from the pneumonia so I didnt wanna add to my stupidity on my first night back out

Was gonna post this yesterday but you was busy with the wrestling tournament so I figured I'd wait til the dust settled

How'd the last match go?

It was a pretty good night of action on Saturday night, a lot of fast paced lighter weights and two solid knock outs from the higher weight classes
I was sitting next to a guy who's brother was fighting for a title in the feature bout of the amateur portion and he was going crazy so that got my energy going too
My cousins step kid was defending his 155 strap in the co-main but he got poked in the eye in the first two minutes and it swelled closed almost instantly so it was ruled a no contest, that was a bummer

I dont know if you guys remember but i bought those tickets because they were mistakenly listed for four dollars and seventy five cents each on the ticket website so I snatched up all 5 remaining front row tickets listed at that price
I was a bit concerned they wouldnt work when they got scanned at the arena entrance but they worked just fine

It turns out those werent front row tickets though, they were actually VIP cage side seats inside the barrier sitting next to the announcers and time keeper and stuff which makes it even more puzzling as to why they were only $4.75 each

I ended up giving those tickets to my cousin though because he brought his wife and two kids so I wanted to give them a nice thrill for their first time ever at the fights

They sat inside the barrier and I sat in the regular front row seats

Ole Pete's a nice guy, no doubt about it

I ain't gonna lie to you, it is hard as fuck in the beginning to enjoy life without drugs and alcohol for guys like us. I generally try to be mostly positive but I also have to be truthful. Also, it doesn't necessarily need to be an all or nothing with everyone. For me, it needed to be because I have a lot of spiritual goals that I can't attain drinking and I don't think I'd be the best counselor I can be drinking and popping pills. And the big one is I made a vow to God in my last stint at rehab. I asked for something life changing and I offered something in return that I have never been able to do - don't ever drink again. He came through and I like to think I am a man of my word so my drinking days are done. But for a lot of people even just cutting back will help a lot. Like you just did. Make it a goal that sometimes you are going to go out and not drink. The little wins matter. But honestly, I hope one day you can just completely stop. Alcohol is a literal poison physically and spiritually. You have a lot to offer the world, big man. I'd be very sad to see your light snuffed out because of some bad habits.

It's been a long week Sherfam... but I'm pumped to be sports entertained

One thing about these fights on the friends and family circuit is that people start leaving after their friend or family member fights so the curtain jerkers usually play to a much bigger crowd than the main eventers

The floor was completely sold out and there was a lot of standing room only tickets behind the seats so the floor was pretty packed and the first several rows of lower bowl seats were filled too, it was a decent house, but by the time the co-main and main went on there was only about 500 people or maybe even less left in the building

Its just a weird little thing that I only experience at the fights, not at any other sporting events or shows
