For the last match last night my son wrestled the 3 seed and 12th ranked guy in the state. There were 8 matches that round to go to the quarter finals. 7 of those matches all ended by pins or tech falls(winning by 15 points) except my son's match. He went the distance! He lost 6-0 but my son said, "it was actually close".

The kid who won was overheard telling his coaches, "man, I won but I didn't beat him!"
