He hero worshipped Kerry and tried so hard to be like him but he was a sickly kid and ended up even smaller than Mike, he was in the business for a bit but it was not to be

Just the dad saying he had favorites, ranking his kids (Kerry, then Kevin, the David, then mike) but that depending on their success if could change hit me hard in the feels. He was buried (his ashes) with Kerry so I guess that may have been true.

I actually didnt like that scene either. Thought it was too much and kinda cheesy

@Sara for me, the most emotional moment was when Doris was breaking down over the black dress, say what you will about her mothering but she buried 4 of her babies, no mother should ever have to go through that

I almost cried tears of joy at the family picture of Kevin with all his next generation around him. It just made me so happy that he was able to have a second act in life and didn't let his grief consume him to be a bitter lonely old man.
