It’s an awesome movie and if you’re going to watch it once a year Christmas seems like a great time to do it. STFU Scrooge

Apparently you're also wrong about the director. He also says it's a Christmas movie and even did a 12 minute video breaking down all of the reasons why it is with the American Film Institute <Lmaoo>

What part of it wasn’t intended to be a Christmas movie is wrong.

You can’t retroactively change something into a Christmas movie after not making it one.

Christmas being essential to the plot is the parameter. Christmas is a prerequisite to a Christmas movie. If a movie can exist without Christmas, it’s not a Christmas movie.

Reading the stories about the method acting these guys did was great. Shia LeBeouf pulling his tooth out with pliers and fist fighting the rest of the cast on set and that making Brad Pitt call him "one of the best actors I've ever worked with" popped me.


David Ayer is a mark and has made a lot of trash, but he hit with this movie.
