I just learned that my nephews are out trick or treating right now today, apparently some communities just decided the rules dont apply to them and decided to push the date up a few weeks

Exactly Halloween is a date not a "4th Saturday of the month that it falls on by the moon cycle" bullshit! October 31st, PERIOD!
