Sour grapes! Sour grapes!

Was it a new rule, I thought it was just a longstanding rule they had in Baltimore, I definitely don't remember any foreshadowing by talking about the blood rule on tv, I don't see how you could work that in naturally without giving away the finish

And such a stupid fucking finish it was, storyline wise it was the perfect way to give us fans what he had been waiting for for years, a huge title loss for Flair

I know he lost the belt to Dusty in '86 and Garvin in '87 but both of those were just random title defenses at house shows, they weren't the result of a storyline so we hadn't got that long build up of tension with the final big blowoff at the end which is something we desperately craved

And then to do it with such a cheap bullshit carny finish as that, it mighta been different if Luger was bleeding buckets like Kerry at Superclash III, but that little spit of blood just pissed everyone off and made them feel robbed for their hard earned money that they spent on the PPV
I think Flair should've retained at the Bash but he definitely should've dropped to the title to Luger at Starrcade.

I love these 70's/80's local commercials
Even in the 90’s, Nash was doing local commercials here for Arrowhead Chiropractic. It looked like they filmed it in their waiting room and they would show clips of him getting body slammed by Giant, all totally unlicensed I’m sure <Lmaoo>

I loved how they were still using the same exact footage years later.

I'm watching this show on HBO Max called White House Plumbers about the Watergate break in by WWF WrestleMania 2 legend G Gordon Liddy and his cohorts
It's pretty good, much like commercials, ole Pete also loves him some 70's and 80's political scandals and black ops intrigue like Watergate and Iran-Contra
Shit was so much simpler then, us vs them, good vs evil, freedom vs tyranny, before all the layers of lies and deception got laid bare for the world to see and we realized there were no good guys

Black Dynamite is one of my all time top comedies and I loved the shit out of the animated series on Adult Swim, so I'm giddy about this.

Im gonna watch this one, Frank, I hated Adonis as the flamboyant gay heel but that's because he was so damn good at his job

His run with Jesse Ventura as the East West Connection in the AWA was great stuff and then him and Dick Murdock went to the WWF as the North South Connection during the very early days of Vince's national expansion and became WWF tag champs, he was a really solid mid card hand, not a top guy but a guy that was guaranteed to give you a great match on the undercard

When Verne went on the Donahue show, he brought Adrian and his son Greg to put on a match right there in the studio because he trusted them to put on a solid outing with no flaws and no need to call anything in the ring so they didn't have to worry about people seeing they were working together, the two men in the ring were just able to read each other and put on a solid technical match

When the territory system was breaking down in the mid 80s and some of the other promoters tried to create a new world champion, they put the strap on Adrian in a tournament in San Antonio

Hes got a really solid career before he became the fat pink guy in the WWF
