You dont get high ankle sprains from lifting brother.Some kind of high ankle sprain I've been dealing with for 2 months now. Developed over time when I changed my squat stance to alleviate a groin strain. It helped take pressure off my groin but put pressure on my ankle. I kept lifting through the pain and it got fucked up. It's been a real bitch to heal. It still doesn't feel 100%.
