Do you ever but her one of those frozen bone gimmicks? I got Tank one for tonight so he won't be too needy during the playoffs. Since it's frozen, it won't shatter, so as he chews it softens and he can safely eat it. He loses his mind over them and it keeps him busy for at least an hour or more. Some kind of high ankle sprain I've been dealing with for 2 months now. Developed over time when I changed my squat stance to alleviate a groin strain. It helped take pressure off my groin but put pressure on my ankle. I kept lifting through the pain and it got fucked up. It's been a real bitch to heal. It still doesn't feel 100%.

It was my bad ankle too. I fucked it up in the Marines and never went to rehab for it even though I was supposed too. It doesn't have full mobility as the other one. I'm wondering if that is playing a part in it helping so slow.
