And then tried to tough talk him as he was held down by security. “Is that all you got?!” <Lmaoo><Lmaoo>He's almost like CM Phil. A bunch of success but also a lot of embarrassment. Remember when he got trucked by that 5ft tall mentally handicapped kid? <Lmaoo>
fellow lifters.
Ive done something to my back/hip area.
Always had issues due to inverted spine, and the lose skin around hips etc drags it down and makes it annoying some times.
when squatting, back slipped to the right and forward and now it just hurts.
Have been icing it but hurting to walk around/sit in my office chair.
Heat or Ice therapy?
Have been icing/foam rolling/stretching but fucking hell nothing is helping
Sounds like your SI joint. Ice 30 minutes every 3 or 4 hours. Get some icy hot or something similar between icing. Walk 30 minutes to an hour if you can every day. The worst thing you can do is just sit still. After the walk when it's warmed up stretch if you can.
Check your squat form. It's probably not very good. You probably have a lot of butt wink. Look into that, there are ways to fix it. If it's something structurally wrong then squatting may be out for you. Much love and I hope you get better.
