He's stable at least. The vet that is open on Sundays only sees cats and dogs. The good thing is he doesn't have mucus coming out his nose and eyes yet. He just does this weird breathing thing where he opens his mouth and stretches his neck. Hopefully, the vet can see him tomorrow. He's not eating or drinking which isn't good but he's also a tortoise so he can handle that. But I want to get him checked as soon as possible.

He's stable right now. Still doing his weird breathing. He has energy and walks around his enclosure. Not like normal but he's not super lethargic. I think it's an upper respiratory infection which is common for his breed. It appears to be in the early stage so I want to get him to a vet quick. I feel bad for him. I knew something was wrong with him yesterday so I had the boys soak him and then my wife told me he was breathing funny.

Thanks. He just needs to hang on another night. I have the temp higher which is supposed to help boost his natural defense against infections and we give him warm soaks instead of just luke warm soaks which is supposed to help too. Can't do anything else really. Just wait and hope it doesn't get worse. Reptiles are worrisome. They are really healthy one day and then they can be really sick very fast.

I always enjoy the photos you post of Nacho. My cat Fuzz and Nacho would have a doozy of a time together I think. We're all hoping for the best for him over here! <3

Have you got him some sunlight?
I dont know shit about turtles but I know about breathing issues my whole life, fresh air and vitamin D absolutely helps

Yeah, we are going to take him out today. He's not looking good right now. He just got very lethargic. I know he's hasn't been sleeping well with his breathing.
