What baffles me about the situation is WWE booking is complete shit, it has been for years and years, just horrible stuff except for maybe one or two storylines. Every WWE guy knows that, you´re not there for the action, you´re not there to have fun, not for the freedom nor the artistic part of wrestling, you are just there to have a big entrance, become a household name, hopefully be part of some of the "history" of WWE, ocasionally have a moment with some WWE legend and above else you´re there to cash the big cheques.

Althought I for one think you´re completely in the right to say f*ck this sh*t and f*ck off, I don´t know, seems kind of idiotic to me to do that in 2022 WWE. Do you really expect good booking there? I doubt Cody will be more fulfilled wrestling wise in WWE, but he made it clear the one and only reason to come back is basically because money and because unfortunately being WWE champion is still considered winning the NBA ring of wrestling, nothing else comes close.

Someone on Kayfabe Memories said its gonna be Naitch and FTR vs Ricky The Steamboat and the Rock N Roll Express, not sure if thats been confirmed, though

Those two teams, minus Flair and Steamboat, had a match against each other earlier this year and Ricky and Robert were having a hard time keeping up, Ricky couldnt even climb to the top rope, he struggled for a little bit and then just settled for jumping off the second rope

Hopefully they go all out with the old timey presentation and really make it look and feel like its 1986 again but its gonna take a lot of smoke and mirrors to make this a good match
