My Team mates at the 1996 Nationals in Ervine were

BJ Penn [Won Blue Belt division,all subs, with 6 weeks of BJJ]
David Terrell [first time he beat Dean Lister]
David Camerillo

"Nino Schembri" [our guest instriuctor for 8 months, won a super fight that day]

Jake Sheilds and Nick Diaz, started a couple of years later

Montanha[I won the Masters division]


I can live with this team, pretty good grapplers

Although I sense the irony in your post, I will tell you (or better, the others) who Serginho Ires (by his real name) was. He was the guy Rolls never beat and is considered by Carlson the best from that era.
